Gasless private payments
On Aztec, network fees are normally paid in Fee Juice. For CXCASH, the CxCashV2 contract includes a fee sponsor that pays Aztec network fees from Fee Juice, subject to fair-use limits. CoinExchange.cash sponsors first-time account activation, bundled with your first send. You pay only the CXCASH transfer fee: 0.35% per send, minimum 0.05 CXCASH, never more than 1.00%.
What “gasless” means for CXCASH
Gasless here means you do not need a Fee Juice balance in cxcash.app to send CXCASH. The contract’s sponsor covers Aztec proving and publishing costs within published fair-use limits. If sponsorship is unavailable, the wallet will show an error rather than silently charging you a different asset—cxcash.app does not expose Fee Juice send or balance UI today.
What you still pay
Every CXCASH transfer includes the on-chain transfer fee enforced by the contract: 0.35% (35 bps) per send, minimum 0.05 CXCASH, capped at 1.00% (100 bps) in the contract. There is no separate “activation fee” line item; activation is sponsored with your first send.
How to send gasless CXCASH
Open cxcash.app → Send → CXCASH, paste an Aztec address, review the fee, and confirm on your device. Full steps: How to send CXCASH privately. Background: private stablecoin wallet and Aztec wallet.
Compared with paying gas on transparent chains
Ethereum or TRON sends require native coin for gas every time. CXCASH bundles privacy and stablecoin transfer fees into one percentage fee on the token itself, while the sponsor handles Aztec network costs when limits allow.
